Hi, I think that communication in various forms is an excellent way to build positive relationships with patients. The combination I like to use the most is positive telephone contact and positive inhouse atmosphere. I also like to change up the inhouse atmosphere from time to time, ie: excitement, enthusiasm, caring etc. We all respond to positive energy and in fact the positive energy a business radiates usually more important than the product the business is selling.

I agree. Making people want to do business with you will always produce great results. Patient contact on the phone? It’s golden.

Its a pity that so many people are intimidated by the prospect of phoning a patient, or a potential patient. The general reaction from the patient is “Wow. I got a call from the Doctor!”

Since a personal call from the Doc happens so seldom, you can imagine how special that person now feels?
